Since 1992, Mr. Jay R. Kemmerer has educated and assisted clients in debt restructuring and mortgage financing. In 1998, he received his Pennsylvania Department of Banking License. Jay serves as President and C.E.O. of Berkshire Mortgage Corporation. This company was established to provide a wide variety of mortgage programs to assist individual and business owners with home financing and debt consolidation.
Mr. Kemmerer is a Registered Investment Advisor of Purshe, Kaplan, Sterling Investments.
As a native of the Oley Valley, in Berks County, he entered the financial services industry in 1984 as a Registered Representative with the New York based firm, First Investors Corp. As a manager trainee, he was responsible for Investment Consulting, Recruiting, Training and Managing new Investment Representatives.
Mr. Kemmerer is committed to continuing his professional education as is required by the Pa. Insurance Department. He is also enrolled in the American College, where he is pursuing the designation of Chartered Financial Consultant.
With his experience, training, and professionalism, Jay is able to well serve the objectives and expectations of his clients.
